About me and my therapy practice

I’m an integrative therapist working with individuals and couples who feel stuck in emotional distress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, low self-worth, or recurring patterns that no longer serve them. My work is grounded in warmth, compassion, and collaboration, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore what’s going on beneath the surface and begin to feel more connected to themselves and others. 


Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally shut down, misunderstood in relationships, or caught in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or self-criticism. Others come to therapy following relationship breakdowns, trust issues, communication difficulties, or feeling disconnected from their partner or sense of self. Together, we work to understand these patterns, build emotional safety, and develop healthier ways of relating.

I work integratively, drawing from attachment-based therapy, trauma-informed approaches, CBT, relational therapy, and body-based awareness. This allows therapy to be tailored to you rather than fitting you into a model. I place strong emphasis on emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, self-worth, and nervous system safety ; supporting both insight and practical change.

With couples, I support partners to move out of conflict cycles and emotional disconnection and into deeper understanding, safety, and connection. I work with issues including communication breakdowns, intimacy challenges, emotional withdrawal, trust concerns, and repeated arguments that leave both partners feeling stuck or unheard.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and human, not intimidating or clinical. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you want to work on. We start where you are, at your pace, with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your experience.
