Practice description
In practice I take a person-centred approach, exploring what may have brought you to therapy, identifying any specific goals, or expressed preferences, before deciding, through a process of shared decision making, the most effective ways to help you to process your experiences.
I offer empathy, acceptance, and authenticity in therapy, to create a strong therapeutic relationship which encourages reflection, openness, emotional safety, self-acceptance, within a safe, effective, therapeutic alliance.
As my own life experiences influence the way in which I work, I am interested in developing a supportive therapeutic relationship, within which to explore your concerns or any presenting difficulties, working with you towards achieving your personal and/or professional goals.
