I work week days Monday - Thursday and have some availability during the day and evening.

About me and my therapy practice

I support people navigating grief, major life transitions, identity change, and the search for meaning. When life shifts in ways that reshape who you are and how you make sense of the world, I offer a calm, compassionate space to explore what's changing within you, helping you understand your emotions, honour what matters, and reconnect with a grounded, authentic sense of self.

As a qualified counsellor and BACP Registered member I am passionate about helping people navigate loss and finding purpose and meaning in their lives again. I treat everyone as unique, working primarily Person-Centred which is a humanistic approach to counselling. This means I will provide a safe environment where you feel accepted and valued and where I will be honest and transparent and see your viewpoint. I can also integrate other modalities depending on your individual needs and I work with a holistic approach that considers mental, physical, and spiritual factors where appropriate working with the whole person to promote healing and a deeper sense of self in a mindful way.

My own experience of bereavement, loss, and searching for a renewed sense of self inspired me to train as a counsellor. Through my own therapeutic journey, I developed greater self-awareness, discovered inner strength, learned to accept my past, and found the confidence to grow. These experiences give me a genuine understanding of how profoundly life can change and how disorientating those transitions can feel. They have also shaped the way I work. I bring empathy, compassion, and a grounded presence to my sessions, walking alongside you as you explore what hurts, what matters, and what feels uncertain. I offer a safe, supportive space where your emotions can be expressed and understood at your own pace. Together, we can work towards acceptance, healing, change, and a renewed sense of personal growth.
