About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying grief, navigating big transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. I’m Sarah, a counsellor offering a supportive space to explore what you’re going through.
Loss can take many forms: the death of a loved one, miscarriage, fertility struggles, a medical diagnosis, or simply the feeling that life hasn’t turned out the way you hoped. Sometimes it’s about what we’ve lost...other times, it’s about what never arrived.
Alongside grief work, I support women experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, or struggling with a sense of self or direction. I also work with women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and those who want to feel more at home in their bodies and lives. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Together, we can reflect on the patterns and pressures shaping your life, creating space for healing, clarity, and change. Therapy isn’t about being “fixed”, it’s about being seen, heard, and making room for the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside, so you can reconnect with your own wisdom and sense of self.
I work online with women across the UK and welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, and sexual orientations.
If you’re curious about whether therapy with me feels right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch with any questions or to arrange an initial consultation. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
Practice description
I offer therapy to women across the UK via Zoom, providing consistent support from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you are.
My approach is relational and tailored to you. Drawing on psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, I offer a safe space to reflect on what matters, give voice to what feels unspoken, and reconnect with your inner resources. When helpful, I may introduce gentle grounding practices, always at a pace that feels right for you.
My first session
I offer an initial consultation at a reduced rate of £40. This session gives us the chance to explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss how we might work together, and see if it feels like a supportive space for you.
Ongoing sessions are £70 per week, held at the same time each week. We can agree on a fixed number of sessions or work in an open-ended way, with regular reviews to ensure the therapy continues to meet your needs.
