About me and my therapy practice
I'm a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in East London, offering individual therapy for adults. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem, as well as grief, trauma and difficult life transitions.
Many of my clients are young professionals who appear to be coping on the outside while privately feeling stuck, disconnected or emotionally exhausted. Therapy offers a space to understand what lies beneath these struggles, helping you make sense of your emotions, relationships and patterns of relating.
My approach is psychodynamic, meaning we explore current difficulties alongside earlier experiences that may be shaping how you feel today. By making links between past and present, we can begin to recognise longstanding patterns and create the possibility for meaningful and lasting change. My background in the creative sector also informs my work, and I value authenticity, curiosity and flexibility within the therapeutic process.
I offer face-to-face therapy from my rooms in Brick Lane (E1) and Mare Street (E8), as well as online sessions. I also offer a free 20-minute initial phone conversation.
I am an MBACP Accredited psychotherapist and an approved provider for BUPA, AXA PPP Healthcare, WPA and Aviva.
