Welcome!
I am a BACP registered psychotherapist with over 9 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. I have collaborated with various organisations across the UK and currently serve as a Senior Consultant Psychotherapist with leading global well-being solutions organisations.
With a strong theoretical background and diverse skill set, I am committed to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to provide the best care for my clients. I offer support for a range of mental health issues, including bereavement, relationship issues, childhood trauma, cultural conflict, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and more. I am also certified in Eating Disorder Support Services, Sexual Abuse Support Services, and Suicide Prevention Services.

Practice description
My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Attachment Theory, with a strong inclination towards Compassion-Focused Therapy. Each session is tailored to client's individual needs, enabling us to explore how their history impacts their present-day life.
My sessions are designed to uncover deep-rooted issues and underlying conflicts. However, should clients require less intense therapy, I customize my approach to suit their comfort level. I currently offer online sessions for ease of access to anyone in need of emotional support.
My goal is to provide unwavering support, helping clients discover and understand their strengths and limitations. I aim to guide clients with comfort, compassion, and clarity, empowering them to explore and resolve any challenges they face and find beauty in life again.
