About me and my therapy practice
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like yourself lately? You don’t have to go through it alone. If you’ve been dealing with anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship stress, or a lingering sense that something isn’t right, we can gently begin there, together. This is a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgment.
I work with adults (18–50) navigating stress, depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, loneliness, anger, sleep difficulties, and challenges such as toxic work environments, life transitions, and relationship concerns. As a BACP-registered psychotherapist with experience supporting clients across a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, I offer an integrative and tailored approach, drawing from attachment, person-centred, and CBT-informed frameworks, with compassion at the heart of our work. Together, we’ll gently explore patterns, including how your past experiences may be shaping your present, while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and supported within yourself. My intention is to offer a space where you feel deeply heard, gently understood, and supported in making sense of your inner world at your own pace.
Over time, you can expect to feel more connected to who you are, more confident in your choices, and more at ease in your relationships and daily life. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. Practice description
My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Attachment Theory, with a strong inclination towards Compassion-Focused Therapy. Each session is tailored to client's individual needs, enabling us to explore how their history impacts their present-day life.
My sessions are designed to uncover deep-rooted issues and underlying conflicts. However, should clients require less intense therapy, I customize my approach to suit their comfort level. I currently offer online sessions for ease of access to anyone in need of emotional support.
My goal is to provide unwavering support, helping clients discover and understand their strengths and limitations. I aim to guide clients with comfort, compassion, and clarity, empowering them to explore and resolve any challenges they face and find beauty in life again.
