About me and my therapy practice

Hello! I have experience working with a wide range of presentations in both private practice and the NHS. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals through challenging relationships, feelings of shame, guilt, anxiety, and people-pleasing behaviors. My practice is firmly grounded in being inclusive of Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) as well as LGBTQ+ identities, and I embrace a sex-positive approach.

Alongside my Harley Street practice, I run Therapy on Tour, a specialist service for people in the touring music world and their partners. I support artists, crew, managers and home-based partners with the emotional impact of touring: the strain it can place on relationships, the “two-worlds” feeling between tour and home, and the anxiety, burnout and loneliness that can come with life on the road. This means I have particular experience working with complex relationship dynamics, long-distance partnerships, and the challenges of balancing demanding work with a meaningful personal life.

I am trained as an integrative psychotherapist, drawing on a blend of modalities, including psychodynamic, existential, and person-centered approaches. I believe that no single method works for everyone, and I tailor my approach to best suit each individual's needs.

Research shows that the therapeutic relationship, not just the therapist's modality, is key to lasting change. Remember, not every therapist will be the right fit, and that's okay! I encourage you to explore different therapists and find one with whom you feel a genuine connection, as that's where the most meaningful work can take place.

Practice description

I am an integrative (psychodynamic & existential) psychotherapist, counsellor and coach, and I follow a biopsychosocial framework.

My aim is to explore your personal lived experience with you, and have a glimpse of what it is like to be you in this world. I work in a relational and approachable way.

I look forward to hearing from you.

My first session

Email me if you would like to book in a free 15-min consultation, and I will get back to you as soon as possible with my next availability.

If we continue to work together after the consultation, we might have a trial full session (50 minutes). This can be an opportunity to ask questions, let me know what has brought you to therapy, and what you might like from our sessions.
