I have availability and can work any time between 08:00 and 18:00 any day from Monday to Friday.

About me and my therapy practice

I am trained in the Psychosynthesis model and have also studied and done workshops in trauma related support and treatments, especially in the Internal Family Systems (Richard Schwartz) and work from Bessel van der Kolk, Sue Johnson and Janina Fisher. I am specialized in working with complex cases, clients who have experienced compound trauma.

Practice description

I offer unconditional support and pay full attention to the client's expression of experiences. My vision is that of cooperative work on the self, the therapeutic alliance, in order to restore a safe and healthy inner relationship that enables the client to re-engage in personal development. I work in the physical, emotional, mental and relational dimensions.

My first session

I use the first session to assess the issues the client presents through a precise questionnaire involving personal history, family, relationships, environment, and define what the client's goals are. I may take notes and ask the client to provide some personal details.
