About me and my therapy practice
Unsure as to whether I am the right counsellor for you? I can offer you a free, no obligation to continue, first session to help you decide.
For the past 20 years, I have been using counselling skills both as a therapist and as a nurse to support people from diverse backgrounds with a wide variety of issues.
My own personal experiences of suffering, loss and trauma, and healing through counselling has enabled me to have a deeper understanding and empathy for my clients.
Whatever you are struggling with right now, be it anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress, bereavement or difficult life choices, I can provide you with a confidential, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, free from judgment or shame.
I work on an appointment-by-appointment basis, without the need for long-term commitment. Even a few sessions of being heard and feeling listened to can bring insights and hope that you have not had before. I invite you to experience that for yourself and decide whether I am the one to support you through your unique journey of healing and recovery.

I offer concessionary rates to trainee counsellors.

About me and my therapy practice
I provide online supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors. My supervisory training was an integral part of my BA Honours degree in Counselling Studies. My supervision approach is primarily person-centred, integrated with the developmental and seven-eyed model. I benefit from the guidance of my own qualified BACP supervisor who oversees my work.
Trainee counsellors ideally need to be trained in a person-centred or integrative approach and be members of the BACP.
I offer concessionary rates to trainee counsellors.
