About me and my therapy practice

I’m an Integrative Relational Therapist offering therapy for individuals and couples. I support clients navigating life transitions such as loss, divorce, ageing, shifting relationships, career changes and questions of identity.

My approach is warm, collaborative and attuned to difference. I pay close attention to how your background, culture and lived experience shape your emotional world. Together, we explore your feelings, develop coping strategies and strengthen your sense of self.

Whether you come alone or with a partner, I aim to offer a safe, confidential, reflective space where all parts of you are welcomed, seen and understood.

Outside my practice, I am a registered BACP member and an accredited Mental Health First Aid Trainer, delivering courses throughout the year. I organise an annual inclusive health and wellbeing event (bm wellbeing village) in Leeds (UK) with speakers, interactive workshops and wellbeing stalls.

Prior to psychotherapy training, I held various leadership roles in the Local Government, NHS, and voluntary sectors. My therapeutic interests are in exploring how change and diversity impact wellbeing.

I offer a free 15/20 minute telephone consultation before booking clients in for a first session.
