Individuals:
I have a wealth of experience working with clients with trauma, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD and BPD/EUPD. Offering an integrative and neuro- affirming approach which is inclusive of; person centred therapy, transactional analysis, CBT/DBT, psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psycho-education;

Young people 15+;
I have vast experience working with young people with social, emotional and mental health needs; both within the school system and within the community, I now bring that knowledge and skillset into my therapeutic practice and use a combination of therapeutic and psycho- educational techniques to support the development of coping strategies.
I also offer psycho educational support to parents of Neurodivergent children.
I can support you as parents to develop awareness of your children's needs, foster positive interactions, understand triggers and emotional regulation. My approach is affirming and is delivered with the aim to bridge the gap of understanding. Within this process we can also work together to support your own emotional well-being and regulation.

Practice description
I am now offering Face to Face and online sessions
Face to Face- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday morning
Online- Tuesday and Friday.
Individual 50 minute sessions are £60
couples - £75 hr £90 1.25 hrs
I offer an initial consultation session for £20.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Supervisor, providing supervision to trainees and qualified counsellors. I am able to support a therapist in their professional journey using the person centred model or a more integrative approach.
As a therapist and supervisor I am idiosyncratic in my approach.
I specialise in Neurodiversity and bring a lot of specific knowledge and tools that can support in how to work with and support a neurodivergent client base.
I provide a supportive space allowing Supervisees the freedom to explore all aspects of their client work and professional development. My Supervision fees are:£55 per hour and £82.50 for 1.5.
