About me and my therapy practice
Integrative Psychotherapist – Supporting Children, Teens & Adults
Hello, I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and nearly 10 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I work with children, teenagers, and adults in my calm, welcoming therapy space in Chichester, West Sussex.
Life brings different challenges at different times. My approach is flexible and tailored, so together we can find what works best for you.
I support people dealing with:
Stress, anxiety, and depression
Trauma and grief
Relationship or parenting difficulties
Major life changes
Low motivation, self-esteem, or confidence
Whatever you’re facing, I offer a warm, understanding, and non-judgmental space. Therapy is a safe place to be heard, explore your feelings, and develop practical ways to move forward.
Reaching out can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you find the clarity, balance, and confidence you’re seeking.
Sessions available in Chichester face-to-face and online.
Practice description
Being an integrative therapist means I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. Instead, I draw on different therapeutic styles—such as person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural techniques—while also including mindfulness, body-based awareness, attachment-focused approaches, and EMDR therapy. This allows us to work in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and truly suited to you. Sometimes that means exploring the past, sometimes it’s about finding practical tools for the present and often it’s a blend of both, then using that understanding to create a better future.
My first session
I provide an empathic and confidential space for an initial consultation during which I can listen to what is going on for you or your family. I can explain how therapy works and answer any questions you might have. It is a chance for you to get to know me, and me to get to know you and how I can help.
The relationship is vitally important in therapy, for this reason I offer a free initial consultation. This can be arranged by video call or phone. If it feels like we are a good therapeutic match we will set some goals together for the outcomes you would like to see.
