You’re probably reading this because you have come to a time when you feel things have to change. You may be struggling with depression, anxiety or feelings of hopelessness.

What is Personal Consultancy?
Personal Consultancy is an evolved form of therapy. It is unique, collaborative and effectively blends Counselling and Coaching.
As a Personal Consultant; I will offer you a supportive, confidential environment to express yourself freely, by doing so you will become more self -aware and re-discover your confidence and character strengths. From this point; I will help and support you in making effective, practical and constructive changes for your future.
What is an Integrative Counsellor and Coach?
Integrative means I work with a blend of proven theories and philosophies. I will specifically tailor, by integrating, the most reparative Counselling approaches specifically for you and the issues you bring.
The Coaching element is more dynamic. I will help you make effective, long term changes supporting you throughout the process.
I can help you:
- deal with issues of loss and grief
- deal with the effects of racism and ‘othering’
- relate to others more effectively in close relationships and social situations
- break unwanted patterns of destructive behaviour that keep you stuck
- develop greater self-esteem and confidence in expressing yourself
- develop better communication skills
- understand how to make your relationship as a couple work more effectively
My Personal Consultancy approach will involve listening carefully to who you are and the experiences you bring.
We will, collaboratively, find an approach which fits you and honours your uniqueness. I will create an accepting, supportive environment - confidential and without judgement. We will explore the issues you bring to Counselling and together will implement changes, by bringing out the best parts of you, so that inner balance will begin to arise from your own wisdom.
My first session
Our Initial session will be for us to explore the possibility of working together, for us to discuss your goals and your expectations and decide the way forward in the way we will work together. I will also answer any questions that you might have.
This initial session is important as it will involve listening very carefully to who you are and the unique experiences you bring. I offer a warm, confidential, non-judgemental environment; perfect for nurturing and supporting you.
