About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist who offers a warm, supportive space for anyone affected by reproductive trauma and perinatal loss. This may include experiences such as miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility, traumatic pregnancy or birth, or a difficult postpartum period. These experiences can be deeply painful and often feel lonely, especially when others may not fully understand the impact they can have.
My work is rooted in a person-centred approach. I aim to meet you with care, respect, and acceptance, and to offer a space where you can speak openly and be met with compassion. We go at your pace, and there is no expectation to have the right words or to know what you need straight away. I understand that reproductive and perinatal trauma can affect how you feel about yourself, your body, and your relationships, and I hold these experiences gently.
Alongside relational work, I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in a flexible way. ACT can support you to make space for difficult thoughts and feelings while staying connected to what matters to you. CBT can help you notice and soften unhelpful thinking patterns that may be adding to anxiety, low mood, or self-criticism. Our work is always collaborative and shaped around what feels most helpful for you.
I am committed to working ethically and reflectively in line with the BACP Ethical Framework, and I value ongoing supervision and professional development as an important part of my practice.
I often support people who are experiencing:
Miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal loss
Infertility or complex reproductive journeys
Traumatic pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experiences
Pregnancy- or postpartum-related anxiety or depression
Grief that feels complicated, invisible, or hard to carry
Relationship difficulties following reproductive or perinatal loss

Free introductory call
I offer a free 15 minute introductory call as an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have and for us to explore how therapy might best work for you. You can book a call online via my website or by requesting one through the BACP enquiry form.
Following on from the introductory call, if you decide to, we can arrange an intake consultation which lasts one hour and explores issues and hopes for therapy in more detail.
Intake consultations can be held in-person, online or over the telephone depending on your preference.
