I offer a free 30-minute introductory telephone call, providing an opportunity for us to briefly discuss your needs, ask any questions, and explore whether we might be a good fit to work together.

If I am unable to offer an immediate appointment, I can place you on a waiting list and will keep you updated regarding availability.

Please note that I may take short breaks throughout the year; any planned time off will be communicated in advance to ensure continuity of care.

You are welcome to get in touch via email to arrange an initial call or to ask any further questions. I aim to respond to all enquiries as promptly as possible.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor support to each individual’s unique needs. My work is grounded in a client-centred, trauma-informed, and relational approach, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, adapting sessions to suit developmental needs and personal preferences. I draw on a variety of approaches, including play, creative arts, sand tray work, reflective dialogue, and practical strategies, tailoring these to each individual to support expression, understanding, and growth.

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I understand that opening up can feel difficult, so I prioritise creating a warm, authentic environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

Where appropriate, I take a collaborative approach, working alongside parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and consistent support system. I aim to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience and feel more empowered in navigating life’s challenges.

Whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term therapy, I will work with you to explore your goals and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Practice description

As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor each session to the individual, drawing from a range of approaches including play, creative arts, sand tray work, reflective dialogue and practical strategies. This flexible way of working allows me to meet clients where they are, whether they find it easy or difficult to engage in therapy.

I place strong importance on building a trusting therapeutic relationship, working at a pace that feels comfortable for each client. My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and relational, ensuring that every person feels heard, respected, and supported throughout the process.

Where appropriate, I work collaboratively with parents, carers, schools, and other professionals to provide a holistic and consistent support system. My aim is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and feel more confident in navigating life’s challenges.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, with sessions available online and in-person, providing flexibility to suit different needs and lifestyles.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, so I place great importance on meeting you where you are, working at a pace that feels comfortable, and creating an environment where you feel at ease.

Prior to our first session, I may ask you to complete a brief assessment form to gather some background information and understand what has brought you to therapy. During the session, we will explore your current concerns, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any questions or expectations you may have.

For children and young people, the first session may involve a parent or carer, depending on age and needs, and I will gently begin building rapport through age-appropriate approaches such as play or creative activities.

I offer a free 30-minute introductory telephone call before booking, allowing us to briefly connect and decide whether we feel comfortable working together.

The initial session is charged at my standard rate unless otherwise discussed. There is no obligation to continue beyond this session, and we can use this time to consider whether ongoing work feels right for you.

My aim is to ensure that from the very first meeting, you feel heard, respected, and supported.
