About me and my therapy practice

Relationships can be challenging and go through testing times. If communication breaks down, couples can be left confused and stuck. Partners can often feel lost and alone or angry and overwhelmed; this can lead to depression and anxiety.

Whether you are looking to develop, maintain, repair or perhaps end your relationship, psychotherapy provides a safe, non-judgemental space in which couples and individuals can explore their relationships.

By looking at what lies behind the relationship, paying attention to the past and the present, it is possible to gain a better understanding of the existing dynamic and identify recurring patterns in order to bring about change.

I trained at Tavistock Relationships and I work as a psychodynamic psychotherapist in private practice with couples and individuals, providing both long-term and short-term once-weekly therapy sessions. My work is clinically supervised and confidential.

Please do not hesitate to contact me for an initial session. An initial meeting gives us an opportunity to meet without commitment other than the fee for the consultation.
