About me and my therapy practice
I offer psychodynamic therapy for adults, emphasising the exploration of the unconscious and the significance of past experiences in shaping present challenges. Through reflective engagement, I aim to uncover the root causes of psychological difficulties, fostering a deeper understanding of self. My methodology acknowledges the importance of confronting ingrained patterns of thought and behaviour, empowering you to make meaningful changes.Practice description
Counselling offers you a safe and confidential space in which we can think together about any issues you might like to explore. I work on both a face-to-face basis from my clinic in Finchley Central, and remotely via Microsoft Teams.
The initial consultation meeting aims to discover your current needs from therapy and to explain my ways of working. It usually lasts 60 minutes and the cost is £85.
Ongoing sessions are usually weekly and are 50 minutes long. Fees for ongoing sessions will be discussed and agreed at the initial consultation meeting.
