About me and my therapy practice
Counselling can also help following or preceeding life change and losses, events that can leave you feeling depths of sadness'. You might have a sense that you are only living half the life wish to be living, you might feel that you have lost connection with yourself and others or that you don't enjoy things any more. Counselling can help you to work through the pain of loss and support you to begin to live a more fullfilling life.
