About me and my therapy practice

My name is Mary I am a Person Centred Therapist. I qualified in2019. I offer telephone and Teams sessions. I offer a 15 minute introductory session for free. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their feelings. My sessions are an hour long.

Practice description

Sometimes life can be challenging and we often feel that we are not heard. It is important to be heard. If you are facing a particular challenge at the moment being heard enables you to feel validated and understood.
