I currently have limited availability within my practice and welcome enquiries from individuals and couples who are ready to engage in meaningful therapeutic work.

To accommodate professionals and those with demanding schedules, I offer a selection of daytime and evening appointments during the week, alongside limited weekend sessions. Evening and weekend slots are often in high demand, so early enquiry is recommended.

I aim to provide a consistent, protected space for clients, whether you prefer a regular weekly appointment or require some structured flexibility. My practice is designed to offer discretion, reliability and a calm, confidential setting for focused therapeutic work.

All sessions are delivered online, allowing continuity and privacy while fitting around work, family and other commitments.

About me and my therapy practice

There are times in life when coping alone feels exhausting. You may appear capable on the outside while internally feeling anxious, stuck or overwhelmed. Therapy offers a protected space to pause, reflect and understand what may be happening beneath the surface.

I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist with nearly 20 years in the mental health field, working across private practice, universities, hospices and clinical services. I now work primarily with self-funding adults and couples seeking thoughtful, high-quality therapy tailored to their needs.

My approach combines psychodynamic psychotherapy — exploring deeper emotional and relational patterns — with evidence-based CBT strategies that support practical, lasting change. Together, we work to understand why difficulties persist while developing tools to strengthen resilience and emotional regulation.

Clients seek support for anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, bereavement, trauma, low self-esteem, anger and life transitions. I have particular experience supporting high-achieving professionals and individuals managing perfectionism, identity concerns and internal pressure.

I work with individuals and couples. In couples therapy, I provide a structured and emotionally attuned space to improve communication, address recurring conflict and rebuild trust. My style is balanced and non-blaming, ensuring both partners feel heard while moving towards constructive change.

With experience in bereavement and crisis settings, I am comfortable supporting complex grief and emotionally charged situations. Clients describe my approach as calm, grounded and culturally sensitive.

As a multilingual therapist (English, Hindi and Urdu), I bring awareness to identity, intergenerational expectations and cross-cultural dynamics.

Practice description

My practice offers a calm, confidential and professionally held space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I understand that beginning therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to create an environment that feels safe, respectful and collaborative from the outset.

In our first session, we will explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. I will ask some gentle questions to understand your background, current challenges and any patterns you may be noticing. Together, we will agree on a way of working that feels clear and manageable.

I work integratively, combining psychodynamic understanding with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) strategies. This means we may explore past experiences and relationship patterns that influence the present, while also developing practical tools to manage anxiety, low mood, stress or conflict more effectively.

Sessions are structured but flexible, allowing space for reflection while maintaining focus on your goals. I offer both short-term focused therapy and longer-term exploratory work, depending on your needs. Reviews can be built into our work to ensure therapy remains purposeful and supportive.

For couples, I provide a balanced and structured space where both partners can speak openly and feel heard. We focus on improving communication, understanding recurring patterns, reducing conflict and strengthening emotional connection.
