About me and my therapy practice

I am a couples, trauma and addiction therapist. I have worked in the field for 20 years and have worked as a therapist, manager and director within Priory Group and am now in Private Practice, alongside Consultancy work and supporting The Voyage trauma training.

I keep my private practice small to ensure a centred and present approach

Practice description

I incorporate my trauma work in couples therapy when appropriate. Trauma is relational and the healing can be magic.

I work in couples and individual work - this work will include homework tailored to your needs and each journey is an individual one.

My first session

I will invite you for a quick introduction call to see if you feel comfortbale to proceed and if so we will then book in our first session.

This is very much a get to know you phase and to find out what your vision is and goal for therapy
