About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to therapy that works with your brain, not against it.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist with specialist training in neurodiversity, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you—without pressure to fit into a “standard” way of thinking or being.
What I can help you with:
• Autism Spectrum Disorder:
- Many people I work with describe a long history of feeling different, misunderstood, or as though they have had to “mask” in order to fit in, which can become exhausting over time.
- You may find social interactions difficult and often struggle with understanding unspoken social cues or making connections with others.
- Sensory sensitivities might make the world feel overwhelming.
- Together, we will explore how these challenges impact your life and develop strategies to feel more grounded, understood, and in control.
• ADHD/ADD:
- You might experience difficulty getting started on things, staying focused, prioritising tasks, or managing time. It can be frustrating when your mind feels scattered, and you can’t “turn off” or stay present.
- Emotional sensitivity, restlessness, or feeling easily overwhelmed can also make it harder to regulate responses in the moment, leading to anxiety, guilt, or self-criticism.
- We will work in a collaborative and practical way to develop strategies that support focus, emotional regulation, and routines that align with your natural cognitive style and strengths.
My Specialised Qualifications and Experience Working with Neurodiversity (in addition to my psychotherapy and psychology training):
• I have a Level 2 Qualification Certificate in Understanding Autism (NCFE CACHE accredited).
• I have worked with clients across the neurodiversity spectrum, including ADHD and autism. My experience allows me to offer support with empathy, patience, and deep understanding.
• I have ongoing training and experience working with neurodiverse individuals.
Practice description
What to expect from our sessions:
• Personalised, Holistic Approach: I integrate different therapeutic techniques to suit your needs, from exploring past experiences to addressing present-day challenges. We’ll also focus on how your environment impacts you, helping to make life more manageable and fulfilling.
• Understanding & Support: I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about your struggles—whether it’s coping with anxiety, managing relationships, or understanding yourself better.
• Tailored Strategies & Tools: I’ll work with you to develop coping mechanisms, social strategies, and organisational tools that are practical and aligned with your neurodivergent brain.
I work face-to-face and online with neurodiverse individuals and couples in English and Russian.
I'm on the Private Practice Register, and recognised by Aviva, AXA, WPA and Vitality.

My first session
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, or both, you may have found that “typical” coping strategies don’t always work for you. Everyday demands can feel overwhelming, especially when paired with heightened emotions or a sense of being out of sync with the world around you.
In our first session, we will:
• Make a full clinical assessment to understand your individual differences.
• Use an integrative approach to meet you where you are, offering tools and coping strategies that fit your brain’s way of processing the world.
• Work together to identify strengths you may not recognise, while also finding ways to support areas where you may feel challenged.

About me and my therapy practice
As a practising Integrative psychotherapist currently completing a UKCP-accredited Diploma in Supervision, I offer a reflective, supportive and growth-oriented supervision for both qualified and trainee therapists, either online or in person in London NW11.
My supervision training is highly practical, and I receive ongoing guidance from expert and experienced trainers. This means that the work you bring to supervision benefits not only from my perspective but also from the insight and support of highly skilled senior supervisors who accompany and guide my learning process.
I am experienced in clinical work with individuals and couples, including clients with complex presentations and mental health disorders. I have a certified qualification and extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients, and I warmly welcome supervisees who work in this area or wish to develop their competence with neurodivergent presentations.
If you’re looking for a supervisor who is warm, thoughtful, and committed to your development as a practitioner, I would be happy to arrange an initial conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
My Qualifications:
• Diploma in Supervision (UKCP accredited) - currently studying
• MA & Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling (UKCP accredited)
• Advanced Diploma in Relationship Psychotherapy (Level 7) (COSRT accredited)
• MSc in Psychology (BPS accredited)
• Diploma in Integrative Counselling (BACP accredited)
• Level 2 Qualification Certificate in Understanding Autism (NCFE CACHE accredited)
Practice description
My approach to supervision is collaborative, integrative and deeply relational. I aim to create a space that feels both safe and alive — a place where reflection, curiosity and honesty can thrive.
I draw on a range of theoretical frameworks, including integrative, psychodynamic, person-centred, attachment-based, psychosomatic, trauma-informed, CBT, EFT and interpersonal neurobiology perspectives, depending on your modality and stage of development.
Supervision, for me, is not only about ensuring safe and ethical practice, but also about helping you to expand your confidence, intuition and professional identity. Together we can explore your clinical work, theoretical understanding and use of self in the therapeutic relationship, while holding space for the real experiences, emotions and uncertainties that inevitably arise in the work — the moments that challenge us, move us, and ultimately deepen our capacity to be present with others.
I welcome:
• Qualified therapists seeking a reflective and supportive supervisory relationship.
• Trainee therapists who need supervision as part of their training.
• Therapists seeking additional supervision for specific client work or professional reflection.
I have experience working across private practice, NHS, EAP and insurance provider settings, and am familiar with the realities and challenges of therapeutic work in different contexts.
My first session
I offer a free introductory session in which:
• We take time to get to know one another by exploring your professional background, current clinical work, and what feels most important for you in supervision.
• Together, we establish the frequency and structure of our sessions.
• I invite you to share any hopes, expectations, or anxieties you may bring, so that from the very beginning, we create a safe, reflective, collaborative and open space where your growth as a practitioner can unfold.
• My role is to offer both support and gentle challenge, helping you to feel encouraged while also deepening your reflection and professional development.
