About me and my therapy practice
Feeling stressed? Anxious? Living with low mood, sadness, or depression? Feeling overwhelmed? Can't explain how or why you are feeling the way you are? Having problems with others? Reflecting on your direction in life?
Hello, My name is Hazel. I am a professionally qualified, registered and trained counsellor offering a confidential, empathic, non judgemental space that encourages and allows you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in support of you developing a greater understanding of 'you', and of your interconnecting world - helping you to build the confidence to feel empowered in coming to your own resolve of any challenges that you may be facing or work through the changes that you seek to make. There is nothing that can't be shared within our time working together.
