About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. My name is Milou (she/her).
I am an Integrative and Wild Therapist working outdoors in parks and woodland in South East London.
Outdoor therapy gives us the opportunity to explore what is happening for you whilst walking side by side, sat on a bench or under a tree. We can find a location which works for both of us.
Have a look at my website for more information about me and how I work.
Fee: £80-£100 depending on your ability to pay.
Practice description
Integrative Therapy
I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy, which includes training in body psychotherapy, humanistic psychotherapy, trauma methods, attachment theory and contemporary relational psychoanalysis. I draw on different ways of working as feels relevant to help us explore what might be happening for you.
Wild Therapy
Being a Wild Therapist forms the ground of my work. Wild Therapy recognises our interconnectedness with all life and includes this in our exploration of our relationality. By inviting us to step into the web of life, rather than looking at it from the outside, we practice connecting to our wild selves, to our capacity to be fully alive within ourselves and to the world.
Outdoor Therapy
Working outdoors can include walking side by side in a park or woodland, sitting on a bench or under a tree. It can also include connecting with our surroundings; with the trees, plants, soil, birds, bugs, squirrels, foxes, with the rain, sun, wind and anything else we might encounter.
My first session
Have a look on my website for more info and get in touch on miloupothasttherapy@gmail.com.
We can arrange a free 20 minute Zoom call. This gives us a chance to find out what you're looking for from therapy and address any questions you may have about it.
If you'd like to continue, we can meet in-person for an initial 50 min session (£80). This will help us find out whether we are a good fit to work together.
If so, we can schedule regular sessions and take it from there. If not, I will share contacts or services which may suit you better.
