About me and my therapy practice
Welcome
Choosing a counsellor is personal, and it matters that you find someone who feels like the right fit. If you’re here, something in your life may feel heavy, confusing, or stuck—and you may be looking for someone who can genuinely understand and support you.
I’m a qualified Integrative Psychodynamic Counsellor based in Sidcup, Kent, offering sessions in-person and online. I work with adults who want to make sense of difficult feelings, understand themselves more deeply, and move toward a more grounded and confident way of being.
About Me
Many people come to me when they’re coping on the outside but struggling internally, feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or simply “not themselves.” You don’t need to have the right words or a clear explanation; part of my role is helping you find them.
I offer a calm, steady space where you can talk freely without pressure or judgement. Clients often tell me they value feeling truly heard, and that this alone begins to bring relief and clarity.
How I Work
My approach is relational and psychodynamic. We explore what you’re experiencing now and how earlier relationships or patterns may be influencing your present. I listen closely—not just to what you say, but to what might be underneath it.
As an integrative therapist, I adapt how I work to match your needs. Some people need space and reflection; others benefit from gentle challenge or new perspective. We’ll find a pace and style that feels right for you. Therapy is something we build together.

Practice description
Experience
In the past, I’ve had the privilege of working with BCU Life Skills, where I provided counselling for both men and women who were unemployed or living on low incomes in the Borough of Bexley. Many of these individuals were dealing with complex challenges like stress, suicidal thoughts, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, trauma, chronic illness, and disabilities.
I’ve also worked with a charity called Beatbullying, based in Croydon. They provided a safe online platform for young people between 11 and 16 to talk to mentors about bullying and other difficult issues. It was a space where teens could speak openly about their experiences, get support, and find the help they needed to deal with what they were going through.
I’ve also worked with Revive Therapy, which offers compassionate, personalized counseling services to individuals in Beckenham and the surrounding areas, focusing on supporting mental well-being and personal growth.
Additionally, my experience as a teaching assistant at a special needs school has taught me invaluable skills that directly apply to counselling. Working closely with students who have special needs helped me develop important skills in active listening, clear communication, and understanding non-verbal cues, all of which are essential in counselling. Being able to recognize emotions and behaviors is key to providing the best support.
As an online counsellor on various platforms, I have the opportunity to connect with people from all kinds of backgrounds and locations, which allow me to help individuals around the world.
My first session
What About Sessions?
I offer both in-person sessions in Sidcup, Kent, and online sessions, whichever feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
What’s the Next Step?
If you want to know more or feel ready to start, the first step is simple: let’s have a free, informal chat for 20–25 minutes.
This is a chance to share what’s bringing you here (even if you’re not sure yet) and get a feel for how I work. We can connect by phone or Zoom - whichever you prefer.
When Should You Start Therapy?
Therapy isn’t only for the really tough times, though it can help then too. It’s also a space to understand yourself better, work through things holding you back, or simply have someone listen without judgment.
Whatever your reason, therapy can be a place where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
If this feels right for you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
