About me and my therapy practice
People often come to therapy when something in life no longer feels manageable in the way it once did. You may find yourself feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or repeating patterns in relationships that leave you feeling stuck or uncertain about yourself.
I offer a thoughtful and confidential space where you can slow down and speak openly about what is happening in your life. Sometimes simply having the space to reflect with someone who is genuinely listening can begin to bring a sense of relief and clarity.
I am a qualified Integrative Psychodynamic Counsellor offering counselling in London and online across the UK. My approach is grounded in curiosity and understanding, exploring both your present experiences and how earlier relationships or life events may still shape the way you feel, think, and relate to others today.
Therapy is not about judgement or quick solutions. Instead, it can be a process of making sense of your experiences, recognising patterns that may no longer serve you, and developing a deeper understanding of yourself.
As an integrative therapist, I work flexibly and adapt my approach to each person. Some clients want space to explore their thoughts and feelings in depth, while others value gentle challenge and reflection. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.
I work with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions.
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly. I offer both in-person sessions in London and online therapy across the UK.
If you are considering therapy, you are welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation to see whether working together might feel right for you.
Practice description
My professional experience has included working with a range of individuals across different settings and communities.
I previously worked with BCU Life Skills in the London Borough of Bexley, providing counselling for adults who were unemployed or living on low incomes. Many of the people I supported were facing complex and often overlapping challenges, including stress, depression, suicidal thoughts, bereavement, low self-esteem, trauma, chronic illness, and disability. This work deepened my understanding of how life circumstances and emotional wellbeing are closely connected.
I have also worked with the charity Beatbullying in Croydon, supporting young people aged 11–16 through an online mentoring platform. The service offered a safe space for young people to speak openly about bullying and other difficulties they were experiencing. Being part of this work allowed me to support young people in finding their voice and feeling less alone in what they were going through.
In addition, I have worked with Revive Therapy in Beckenham, offering counselling to individuals seeking support with their mental wellbeing and personal growth.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a teaching assistant in a special needs school. This experience helped me develop valuable skills in communication, patience, and recognising non-verbal cues. Working closely with students with additional needs strengthened my ability to listen carefully, understand emotional expression, and respond with sensitivity—skills that continue to inform my work as a counsellor.
Alongside my in-person work, I have also worked as an online counsellor across several platforms. This has given me the opportunity to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences, both across the UK and internationally.

About me and my therapy practice
Welcome
Choosing a counsellor is a personal decision, and it’s important to find someone you feel comfortable talking to. You may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or simply not quite yourself. You might feel stuck in certain patterns, struggling in relationships, or unsure why things feel so difficult.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and explore what is going on for you without judgement. I am a qualified Integrative Psychodynamic Counsellor based in Sidcup, Kent, offering both in-person sessions and online therapy across the UK.
Many of the people I work with appear to cope on the outside but feel unsettled internally. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear explanation for how you feel ; part of therapy is exploring this together. Clients often say that feeling truly heard and understood helps bring relief, clarity, and a new perspective.
My approach is relational and psychodynamic. Together we explore what you’re experiencing now and how earlier experiences or relationships may influence the way you feel today. As an integrative therapist, I adapt how I work to suit each person, creating a pace and style that feels right for you.
I commonly support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions, and feeling emotionally stuck or disconnected.
Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place weekly. They are available in person in Sidcup or online across the UK.

Experience
In the past, I’ve had the privilege of working with BCU Life Skills, where I provided counselling for both men and women who were unemployed or living on low incomes in the Borough of Bexley. Many of these individuals were dealing with complex challenges like stress, suicidal thoughts, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, trauma, chronic illness, and disabilities.
I’ve also worked with a charity called Beatbullying, based in Croydon. They provided a safe online platform for young people between 11 and 16 to talk to mentors about bullying and other difficult issues. It was a space where teens could speak openly about their experiences, get support, and find the help they needed to deal with what they were going through.
I’ve also worked with Revive Therapy, which offers compassionate, personalized counseling services to individuals in Beckenham and the surrounding areas, focusing on supporting mental well-being and personal growth.
Additionally, my experience as a teaching assistant at a special needs school has taught me invaluable skills that directly apply to counselling. Working closely with students who have special needs helped me develop important skills in active listening, clear communication, and understanding non-verbal cues, all of which are essential in counselling. Being able to recognize emotions and behaviors is key to providing the best support.
As an online counsellor on various platforms, I have the opportunity to connect with people from all kinds of backgrounds and locations, which allow me to help individuals around the world.
