Availability

I currently offer online sessions for individuals and couples and have limited availability during weekdays.

As I work exclusively online, I am able to support clients across the UK and internationally (excluding individuals based in the United States and Canada due to insurance restrictions).

If you are interested in working together you are welcome to book a session via my website. If the available times do not work for you, please get in touch and I will do my best to find a suitable option.

If I am unavailable or fully booked at the time of your enquiry, I will aim to respond as soon as possible and where appropriate, can suggest alternative options.

Planned time off will be communicated directly to existing clients in advance.

About me and my therapy practice

Are you finding that intimacy, desire or connection in your relationship feels difficult, confusing or out of reach?

You might feel stuck in the same patterns, struggling to communicate without it turning into conflict or distance or noticing that sex has become stressful, pressured or something you avoid altogether. Even when things look fine on the outside, something underneath may not feel quite right.

I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist specialising in working with individuals and couples who want to better understand these patterns and begin to feel more connected, confident and at ease in their relationships and sexuality.

I support clients with challenges such as low desire, mismatched libido, pain during sex, intimacy difficulties and relationship disconnection. I also work with individuals exploring emotional wellbeing, self-esteem and relationship patterns.

My approach combines understanding what is happening beneath the surface with practical steps towards change. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Practice description

My work focuses on helping you make sense of what is happening in your relationships, your emotional world and your intimate life. Together, we explore patterns that may be contributing to difficulties, while also working towards practical change.

When working with individuals, sessions provide space to reflect, build awareness and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. This may include exploring self-esteem, boundaries, communication and emotional wellbeing.

When working with couples, I support both partners in understanding each other more clearly, improving communication and moving out of unhelpful cycles of conflict or disconnection. The aim is not to “take sides” but to help you work together more effectively.

In psychosexual therapy, we may explore emotional, relational and practical aspects of intimacy and sex. Where appropriate, I may suggest structured exercises between sessions to support progress in a gradual and manageable way.

I work at a pace that feels right for you, balancing reflection with practical support.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin to understand what has brought you to therapy and what you would like support with.

For individuals, this involves exploring your current situation, any relevant background and what you hope to gain from therapy. For couples, both partners will have the opportunity to share their perspective and we will begin to identify the patterns or difficulties you are experiencing.

I may ask some questions about your relationship history, emotional wellbeing and where relevant, aspects of your intimate or sexual relationship. You are always free to share at your own pace and there is no pressure to talk about anything before you feel ready.

The first session also gives you a sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable continuing. There is no obligation to commit beyond this session.

If appropriate, we will agree on a focus for the work and discuss how we might move forward in future sessions.
