About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Emma and I am a fully qualified counsellor, working within the BACP ethical framework to offer you a safe space to explore your issues.

I follow a humanistic approach to psychotherapy. This means I will use different elements of specific therapies to meet your individual needs and work in a holistic way.

Together we can develop coping strategies and alternative ways of approaching situations using CBT techniques or talking therapies to help you find your own answers and grow and develop.

I have experience in working with clients with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and have extensive experience in grief counselling.

Practice description
