I currently have a few sessions available in my practice and these are on a Tuesday weekly. I am also available some evenings which is negotiable.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor so I use different ways of working that includes talking, art and other tools to help with understanding feelings.

I work with young people from aged 10 and adults

Practice description

I work from a garden office with complete privacy and there is parking on the drive.

I work face to face but also work online via Zoom

My first session

In our first session I like to have a chat about what you expect and a brief outline of the issues. I will also go though my contract.
