About me and my therapy practice
I have worked with clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, genders, ages and issues and I merge different therapeutic approaches in relation to your needs. I offer short and long-term counselling to support you with understanding your experience and explore the challenges you are facing. I offer sessions in both English and Italian.
I value the therapeutic relationship in the sense that I believe our rapport to be key to the work. I am committed to offering you a genuine, authentic and confidential space where we can work together, and in which you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. I will work with you at your own pace, in a warm and non-judgmental way.
Practice description
As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, I work with adults and young people, and with those experiencing a range of various difficulties including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, identity issues and grief. I also have experience working with survivors of trauma and sexual abuse, and the distressing ongoing effects this can have on everyday life.
My first session
I believe it is important for you to feel able to talk to me, therefore, I offer an initial 20 minutes free of charge consultation in which you can tell me a little bit about yourself and what you expect from our sessions, and for me to share with you what I can offer. This can help establish whether we can work together.

I provide 1:1 supervision sessions in which I offer you a safe and encouraging space where you can freely discuss your client work. I am committed to hold you and your client work, and to support you to reflect on your practice.
