About me and my therapy practice
Qualifications: PhD, BSc, Dip. Couns, FHEA, BACP Registered.
I am a full-time private therapist with five years of clinical experience. My practice is my sole professional focus, meaning I can offer a level of flexibility and dedication that my clients value highly. Over the years, I have supported hundreds of people to navigate their most difficult life chapters.
I practice from my own dedicated private studio in South London. This is a quiet, professional sanctuary designed specifically for therapeutic work, offering you a consistent and safe space to explore difficult emotions without distraction.
I work with individuals who need more than just a space to talk; they need a space to change. You might be navigating a specific diagnosis like ADHD, Autism or PTSD, or feeling the overwhelming weight of anxiety, panic, or depression. Perhaps you are struggling with relationship issues, family conflict, or the exhaustion of stress and burnout. You may be dealing with bereavement, or feeling a deep sense of low self-worth and that life isn't working how you hoped.
Whatever you bring, my role is to provide a grounded presence where we can uncover what you fear, what you hope for, and how to move forward.
The use of the title Dr in this directory listing relates to the member’s doctorate qualification. However, this does not imply a general medical qualification.
Practice description
I work Integratively, recognising that every client is unique. I do not rely on a single rigid method; instead, I use my clinical experience to tailor the therapy to your specific situation.
My Approach: My foundation is Gestalt, a holistic approach that explores your whole experience: mind, body, and environment. However, I also integrate CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques when we need practical tools to manage anxiety or interrupt negative thought patterns.
Areas of Focus: While I have specialist experience in complex areas like Neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism) and Trauma, my practice is open to anyone feeling stuck. I work with a wide range of human experiences, including:
Complex Issues: Trauma, PTSD, ADHD & Autism support.
Emotional Struggles: Severe Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks.
Life Transitions: Grief, Bereavement, Relationship breakdowns, and Career stress.
Personal Growth: Issues of Identity, Self-Worth, and finding meaning.
My aim is to help you restore your natural capacity to cope—turning a "black and white" existence back into a life of full colour.
My first session
I offer an initial consultation for £45. This is a low-risk opportunity for you to see the studio, meet me, and decide if we are a good fit.
