Practice description
I offer counselling for individuals and couples, either face-to-face from my private practice in Bedford or online, so I can support people across the country.
Alongside my BACP and Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, I have a Master’s degree and Diploma in Social Work. This background informs my relational and systemic practice, with a strong grounding in attachment theory and trauma-informed work.
I bring a warm, relational presence to sessions, helping you feel at ease and validated. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, and I believe strongly in the importance of the therapeutic relationship.
It is important that I listen to you and work at a pace that suits your needs.
I will take time to get to know you and your life, exploring how past and present experiences may have shaped the challenges you face. Sometimes I will share simple insights about how your mind, body, and emotions are connected, to help you understand your experiences.
Whether we are focusing on self-acceptance, boundaries, or processing past experiences, I will walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths and move towards the life you want. Reaching out for support is not always easy, and I will be here to guide and support you.

I use Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples, helping partners identify negative interaction cycles, access underlying emotions, and rebuild trust and connection. I am a member of the British Emotionally Focused Therapy (BEFT).
