About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, supportive space for people affected by trauma or abuse, helping them process difficult experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, and reconnect with themselves and others.
Taking the first step
Reaching out to a therapist can feel daunting, but by being here you’ve already taken the first step.
Supporting a range of challenges
I also support people with challenges that may stem from trauma or abuse, as well as similar struggles for other reasons. These challenges can include:
- Low self-esteem
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Depression
- Grief
- Relationship difficulties
Alongside private practice, I work with a community charity supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence.
A safe space to explore
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming—you may feel stuck, emotionally on edge, or disconnected from yourself and others. In our sessions, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re going through at your own pace.
Walking alongside you
I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, supporting and guiding you to discover your own solutions. This approach can help you find clarity, healing, and the confidence to move forward and live a more fulfilling life.

Continuing Professional Development:
I regularly attend courses and training to deepen my knowledge, including areas such as trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges.
My first session
Finding the right therapist is important, which is why I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. During this call, we can discuss what’s been concerning you, answer any questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. If so, we can then arrange your first weekly session at a time that suits you.
To arrange an introductory call, you are welcome to contact me via the enquiry form or by phone/text. I will respond as soon as possible.
