London life is demanding. Whether you’re navigating the pressures of a high-pressure career, juggling competing responsibilities, or simply feeling like you’ve lost yourself in the relentless pace of it all — you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep managing on your own.
I work with professionals, individuals, and couples online, offering flexible weekday appointments from 7am to 8pm to fit around busy London schedules. My approach combines six years of therapeutic experience with something most counsellors can’t offer: professional qualifications as a personal trainer. I understand the real connection between how we feel physically and how we function mentally — and for many of my clients, especially those dealing with burnout, chronic stress, or anxiety, that joined-up approach makes a significant difference.
In our sessions you’ll find a space that’s entirely yours — confidential, non-judgmental, and focused on what actually matters to you. Whether you need practical strategies to manage work-related stress, support through a relationship breakdown, or a deeper exploration of patterns that have been holding you back for years, I’ll work with you in the way that fits best.
Practice description
I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic therapy, person-centred counselling, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside solution-focused and humanistic approaches where appropriate. This means I’m not tied to a single method — I draw on whatever best serves you at each stage of the work.
For clients in high-pressure environments — corporate roles, healthcare, the public sector — I bring a practical, structured dimension to therapy that helps translate insight into real-world change. And for those whose mental health is closely connected to their physical wellbeing, my personal training background means I can offer genuinely integrated support across both.
All sessions are delivered online or by telephone, making it easy to access quality therapy without the commute. Time-limited and open-ended work both available.

About me and my therapy practice
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’ve lost your sense of direction? You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. I work with adults across Ashford and the surrounding area — and online — who are ready to make real, lasting change but aren’t sure where to start.
What sets my practice apart is simple: I treat you as a whole person. Alongside six years of therapeutic experience, I hold professional qualifications as a personal trainer. That means I genuinely understand the relationship between physical and mental health — not as a theory, but as something I can actively work with you on. Whether it’s the connection between poor sleep and anxiety, how exercise can lift depression, or how burnout affects your body as much as your mind, I bring a depth of understanding that most counsellors can’t offer.
In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, non-judgmental space where you can be completely honest. We’ll explore what’s been holding you back, identify the patterns that keep repeating, and build practical strategies that work in real life — not just in the therapy room. Sessions are available from early morning through to the evening on weekdays, so they can fit around work and family commitments.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or a significant life change — or if you simply feel like you’ve been running on empty for too long — I’d genuinely love to help.
Practice description
I work integratively, drawing on person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches to create a therapeutic experience that’s tailored to you rather than to a fixed model. Some clients benefit most from exploring the deeper roots of their difficulties; others need practical, structured tools to manage what’s happening right now. Often, it’s both. I adapt my approach to what you need at each stage.
My background as a qualified personal trainer gives my practice a unique dimension. I work with a number of clients for whom lifestyle factors — exercise, sleep, energy levels, physical health — are directly intertwined with their mental wellbeing. Where it’s relevant and wanted, I can support you across both areas simultaneously. This is particularly effective for clients dealing with burnout, depression, stress, and low self-esteem.
I offer short-term focused work and longer-term therapeutic relationships, delivered online and by telephone to clients across Ashford, Kent, and beyond.

There’s no pressure and no obligation. If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll arrange your first full session and take it from there at a pace that feels right for you. Weekday appointments are available from 7am to 8pm.

About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life reaches a point where something has to change — but knowing where to start, or who to turn to, isn’t always easy. I work with adults in Deal, across the East Kent coast, and online, providing a warm, professional space to explore what’s going on and find a genuine way forward.
With over six years of therapeutic experience and an additional background as a qualified personal trainer, my approach is broader than most. I understand that our mental health doesn’t exist in isolation — it’s shaped by how we sleep, how we move, how we eat, and the habits we’ve built up over years. Where relevant, I can work with you across both your mental and physical wellbeing, which many clients find transformative, particularly when dealing with depression, anxiety, low energy, or burnout.
Sessions are available on weekdays from 7am to 8pm — early enough before work and late enough after — so there’s no need to disrupt your day. Online and telephone options mean you can access support from wherever you are, including from home.
Practice description
My practice is integrative, combining person-centred counselling, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches into a way of working that’s shaped around you specifically. I don’t follow a fixed script — I listen carefully to what you bring and adapt my approach accordingly, whether that means practical coping tools, deeper reflective work, or a combination of both.
The dual expertise I bring — as both a therapist and a personal trainer — gives my practice a distinctive edge. For clients who want to understand the mind-body connection and make changes that stick, this integrated approach offers something genuinely different from standard counselling. Short-term and longer-term work both available, online and by telephone.
My first session
The first step is a free, no-obligation 20-minute consultation by phone or message, where we’ll talk through what’s brought you to this point and what you’re looking for from therapy. It’s a relaxed conversation — a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and ask any questions you have. If you’d like to proceed, we’ll arrange your first full session at a pace that suits you. I’m available weekdays from 7am to 8pm.

About me and my therapy practice
Are you carrying more than you can manage? Struggling with anxiety, depression, or a sense that life isn’t quite working the way it should? I help adults in Maidstone and across Mid Kent — and online — to understand what’s holding them back and build a real path forward.
I bring more than six years of experience as a therapist, alongside a professional background in personal training. This combination is genuinely unusual, and it matters: I don’t just understand mental health in isolation. I understand how what’s happening in your body — your energy, your sleep, your physical activity — shapes how you think, feel, and cope. For clients dealing with stress, burnout, or long-standing low mood, this broader perspective often unlocks progress that talking alone doesn’t always achieve.
My sessions are flexible, practical, and tailored to you. Whether you’re looking for short-term support through a difficult period or longer-term work to address deeper patterns, I’ll work at your pace, in a space that’s entirely non-judgmental. Weekday appointments run from 7am to 8pm — early or late slots available to suit working schedules.
Practice description
I work integratively, using person-centred counselling as my foundation alongside CBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches. What this means in practice is that your therapy is built around you — not around a fixed method. If you need structured techniques to manage anxiety day-to-day, we’ll focus on that. If you need space to explore the roots of something more long-standing, we’ll go there instead. Frequently, we’ll do both.
My additional qualification as a personal trainer informs my work in a way that sets my practice apart from most. I’m able to support clients who want to address both their mental health and their physical lifestyle together — something that’s particularly effective for clients in Maidstone and the surrounding area dealing with the pressures of work, family, and the relentless pace of modern life.
Online and telephone sessions available. Short-term and open-ended work welcome.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute introductory consultation — by phone or message — so you can get a sense of how I work before committing to anything. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to this point, what you’re hoping for, and begin to map out what a path forward might look like. There’s no pressure and no obligation — just an honest conversation. If you’d like to proceed, we’ll take it from there. I’m available weekdays from 7am to 8pm.
