About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor for Children and Young People. I offer highly tailored, specialist therapy sessions for each of my clients, depending on their needs. I have completed my Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counselling at the University of Cambridge.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold Level 2 Professional Membership of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO). I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions (www.bacp.co.uk) and the ACTO Code of Ethics (www.acto-org.uk) for my online work.
I aim to create a safe place for children and young people to explore their feelings and emotions in creative ways, without judgement or advice. Counselling for children and young people aims to make them feel supported and understood and equips them with the tools to build resilience and make sustainable changes for a more fulfilling future.
If you are concerned about yourself, your child or young person and think counselling may help, contact me for a free telephone consultation.
