About me and my therapy practice
Do you find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling anxious, or struggling to switch off?
On the outside, you may seem to be coping well, but inside you might feel exhausted, low, or like you’re just ‘stuck.’ You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Practice description
I work with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, and emotional exhaustion, offering a supportive and non-judgemental space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
My approach is integrative and tailored to you, combining:
• Understanding the ‘Why’ – Drawing on psychodynamic principles to explore deeper patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
• Managing the ‘Now’ – Practical CBT-informed tools to improve emotional regulation, manage stress, and cope with overwhelm.
• A Safe Space – Everything we do is built on a person-centred foundation, creating a warm, empathetic environment where you are heard and never judged.
My first session
