I offer sessions online.
Limited daytime availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (no evenings). Weekly sessions can bring helpful consistency, but I know life doesn't always fit neatly into a fixed slot. Once we've established our work together, we can work around your needs.
About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I specialise in trauma, relationships, anxiety and identity, working with individuals and couples. My practice is neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming. Trauma and relationships came up so often in my work that I chose to focus on them, completing a Level 6 Diploma in Trauma Focused Therapy and BACP accreditation alongside ongoing CPD.
Anxiety and relationship difficulties often sit on top of something older. We can work with both: what's happening now, where it comes from, the patterns that connect them and how you communicate.
I grew up across cultures and moved to the UK about 20 years ago, which shaped how I think about identity and belonging. The roles we play, the templates we're expected to fit and the parts of ourselves we learn to hide take many forms: culture, sexual or gender identity, neurodivergence and masking, family expectations or learning early that some parts of you weren't welcome. If that resonates and you'd like to explore, find and embrace who you are, all of you is welcome here.
No two people or paths are the same, so I shape the work around you. I draw on a range of approaches and together we'll find what fits you, led by your choices and needs.
With fast-changing tech, AI and information overload, other tools have their place, but therapy is different. It is a human-to-human connection, whether we meet in person or online. I notice what is said and what isn't: the pauses, the body language, the subtle shifts in your breathing or how you're feeling. When things feel too much, co-regulation happens in the therapeutic relationship, which research consistently shows is one of the key predictors of whether therapy helps. So finding the right fit is important and that's where an intro 15-minute chat can help.
Whatever brings you here, just come as you are. I'll meet you there, with openness, curiosity and compassion.

My first session
The first session is charged at my usual fee and is a little different from those that follow. We'll go through my working agreement (contract), which is part of ethical practice and covers confidentiality and practicalities, so we're on the same page. Coming to a first session doesn't commit you to more and the duration of our work is led by you.
To help me understand you better, I'll offer some questions about you, what has brought you here and what you hope to gain. It can feel like "too much too soon", so you don't need to share everything at once. We'll focus on what feels manageable and what you feel ready to share.
Most of all, it's a space for us to get to know each other a little and see if we're a good fit.
