About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychotherapist, qualified with an MSc, and accredited by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists with experience of NHS, charity and private settings. I work with a wide range of issues using a psychodynamic approach that involves exploring your present difficulties including past, often unconscious experience from childhood. I offer short and long-term psychotherapy following the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy’s ethical guidelines.
Practice description
Long-term face-to-face work, online therapy, short-term face-to-face work, telephone counselling. We work together in a safe therapeutic environment where we can explore and understand your actions, experiences, thoughts and feelings. The two of us talking together will help you to manage how you feel and explore the different choices that are open to you. Our sessions last for fifty minutes and are held once weekly at the same time.
My first session
On our first pre-paid meeting (50 minutes), we will discuss your concerns and your history and I will assess if I am the right person to help you. In turn, if you feel comfortable, we will start our work together.
