Hello,
My name is Jody and I work predominantly person centred. However, I have experience with other modalities and like to believe I am able to adapt to my clients needs.
I have been working as a counsellor for several years both with adults and children.
I provide a warm and safe environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Practice description
I am a 39 year old female therapist.
I use talking therapy combined with creative methods to enhance your experience.
I believe you as the client hold all the answers, I am here to help you discover a way to access them.
I am non judgemental and congruent.
My first session
Session one is used as a get to know each other session.
It is essential that you are able to feel comfortable with me and ask me any questions you may have about the work we will be doing together.
