About me and my therapy practice
I offer a calm, grounded online space where you can talk openly and explore what feels heavy or tangled. I specialise in baby loss, grief, anxiety and self‑worth, supporting people through the rawness of loss, the weight of worry and the quiet ache of not feeling “enough”.
My approach is steady, warm and relational. You don’t need to have the right words — we can find them together. I work online only, giving you the flexibility and privacy to meet from wherever feels safest for you.

About me and my therapy practice
Whatever has brought you here, you’ll find a calm, grounded space where you can talk freely and explore what feels heavy or tangled. I specialise in baby loss, grief, anxiety and self‑worth, supporting people through the rawness of loss, the weight of worry, and the quiet ache of not feeling “enough”. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure of where to begin. You don’t need to have the right words — we can find them together.
My approach is gentle, steady and relational. We work at your pace, moving between what’s happening now and the experiences that shaped you. People often describe me as warm, thoughtful and easy to talk to. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner self, soften the harsh inner voice, and begin to value your own worth in a deeper, more lasting way.
I work online only, offering a flexible and private space to meet from wherever feels safest for you. Online therapy can be especially supportive for grief, baby loss, anxiety and self‑worth work, giving you the chance to talk from a familiar environment and take things at a pace that feels manageable.
If you’re feeling drawn to reach out, you’re welcome to contact me. We can arrange a short initial conversation to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
Practice description
I offer integrative counselling for adults who are navigating baby loss, grief, anxiety and challenges with self‑worth. These experiences can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy offers a calm, grounded space to explore what feels heavy or tangled, and to begin making sense of the emotions and patterns that shape your day‑to‑day life.
My approach is relational and trauma‑informed, drawing from person‑centred, psychodynamic and attachment‑based perspectives. This means we work together to understand both your present experience and the deeper stories, beliefs and relationships that have influenced how you see yourself. Sessions unfold at your pace, with space for reflection, curiosity and gentle challenge when it feels helpful.
Online therapy can be especially supportive for grief, baby loss, anxiety and self‑worth work. Meeting from a familiar environment often helps people feel safer, more settled and more able to speak openly. It also offers flexibility and privacy, making it easier to fit therapy into the rhythm of your life.
In our work, we might explore themes such as loss, identity, emotional regulation, self‑criticism, relationship patterns or moments of feeling stuck. My aim is to help you develop a steadier inner foundation, reconnect with your own voice and begin to relate to yourself with greater compassion and clarity.
I offer online sessions Monday to Thursday, with morning and daytime appointments available. If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s completely okay — many people start therapy feeling exactly that way. You’re welcome to reach out, and we can explore together whether this space feels right for you.
My first session
Your first session is a gentle beginning. Many people arrive unsure of what to say or where to start, and that’s completely okay. Our initial conversation is simply a chance for us to meet, talk about what has brought you here, and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
Before we begin ongoing sessions, I offer a free 20‑minute online call. This gives you space to ask questions, share a little about what you’re hoping for, and experience how it feels to talk with me. There is no pressure to commit — it’s an opportunity for you to explore whether this is the kind of support you’re looking for.
If we decide to continue, sessions are 50 minutes and held weekly at a regular time. In our first full session, we move at your pace. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Some people come with a clear focus; others bring a feeling, a moment, or a sense that something isn’t quite right. All of these are welcome starting points.
We might explore what life looks like for you right now, what feels difficult or heavy, and what you hope might change. You’re free to pause, reflect, or take your time — there is no “right way” to begin therapy. My role is to offer steadiness, curiosity and care as we start to understand your experience together.
Because I work online, you can join from a space that feels safe and familiar. Many people find this helps them settle more easily, especially when talking about grief, baby loss, anxiety or self‑worth.
The first session is the beginning of a relationship built on trust, honesty and collaboration. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what you want to say. We’ll find our way together.
