About me and my therapy practice

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. Life can feel heavy, confusing, or too much to manage alone, especially during periods of loss, anxiety, relationship difficulties, infertility, or major life transitions.

In our sessions, you have a calm, confidential space to speak openly without judgment. Together, we explore your present experience, making sense of what you are feeling. When helpful, we may gently consider past experiences, relationships, and patterns shaping your life. My aim is to help you feel heard, more grounded, and better able to face life with clarity and confidence.

Existential therapy can help you understand yourself and your place in the world, navigate difficult periods, find meaning, and approach life with a greater sense of freedom and purpose.

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and over nine years’ experience supporting people through complex emotional situations.

I offer weekly 50-minute sessions online via Zoom, moving at a pace that feels right for you. You are welcome to arrange a free introductory session to see whether working together feels helpful.

I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions for those who need financial support.
