About me and my therapy practice
Counselling and Coaching for ADHD, Autism and AuDHD.
It can be challenging navigating a world that wasn't built around the way your brain works. It might feel as though you are constantly having to mask who you really are to fit in. Sometimes it can be difficult to know who the real you is.
School or work might be overwhelming and not work for you in the way that your brain needs it to. This can lead to anxiety, depression, or feeling like you are shutting down or zoning out. You might feel really angry or really tired and not know why.
It may be that you are more sensitive to sensory elements than others, which can make certain environments physically painful or make you feel fatigued.
Whether you are diagnosed, seeking a diagnosis or just suspect that you might be neurodivergent, it can be helpful to talk to someone who gets it.
It may be that you are trying to understand yourself and why things can feel so hard when they might seem to be easier for others, or it might be that you are struggling with difficulties which can accompany neurodivergence, such as feeling understood in relationships, experiences of trauma, bullying, abuse, discrimination, or not knowing what help you can or even want to ask for. How you feel about yourself might be a reason for wanting to seek support.
You are not alone.
I offer neuroaffirming counselling and coaching in a person-centred way, which means that I recognise you as the person who knows yourself best and I help you to know yourself better.
Practice description
I work on a one to one basis with adults and children & young people from 11 years.
I offer a mix of trauma-informed counselling and coaching, specialising in supporting neurodivergent people.
Counselling enables us to explore and make sense of earlier experiences which might still affect you now. Coaching allows us to work together to develop and use tools or workarounds to help you navigate living in a neurotypical world.
This can offer a greater sense of understanding of yourself and how to meet your needs, a sense of feeling more in control of your life and feeling more positively about yourself and your future.
The way your neurodivergence shows up for you is unique and so it is important that how we work together reflects this. I tailor my approach specifically around you, rather than offering a 'one size fits all' approach. This means that the mix of counselling and coaching will be dependent on what challenges you are seeking support with.
During early sessions, I get to know you and your neurodivergence and we will explore together what will help you to get the most from your sessions. We review how the sessions are going periodically, to make sure that they are working for you in the way you need them to.
I am happy to adapt the space for any sensory sensitivities and also invite you to bring along anything that helps you to feel more comfortable.
The office is situated in a peaceful countryside location, a few minutes drive from Olney and is accessible by car from Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. There is plenty of parking on site.

I offer a free 30 minute initial online, telephone or face-to-face session so that we can talk about how things are and to see how we might work together.

About me and my therapy practice
Qualified Counsellors
I work collaboratively with you to create a safe and dynamic supervisory space — one that encourages sharing, reflection, and learning. Our work together will offer opportunities to both challenge and be challenged, supporting you to develop new psychological perspectives within your client work.
Your ethical framework will be central to the supervision process, alongside your personal and professional development. I bring a warm, reflective approach to exploring the many processes at play in your work, helping you view your practice from different angles.
I also offer additional support for therapists working towards accreditation.
Areas of expertise include:
• Working with children and young people (11+)
• ADHD, autism, and AuDHD
• Trauma
Trainee Counsellors
Beginning client work can be both exciting and daunting. Supervision plays a vital role in supporting you as you shape your practice and integrate your learning into your work with clients.
I will support you to become a reflective, ethical practitioner, offering a space to explore challenges, build confidence, and develop your professional identity. Course reports and paperwork are included within the cost of fortnightly supervision, and these can be worked through together.
My core modality is person-centred, and I sometimes integrate elements from other approaches in my work.
Fees
Clinical supervision is offered at:
• £60 per hour, or
• £90 for a 90-minute session
Concessions are available for trainee counsellors.
Practice description
Wherever supervision takes place, it should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can reflect on your practice and explore your work in a way that meets you where you are. My aim is to offer supervision that is supportive, collaborative and responds to your needs.
