I normally work between 10am – 7pm UK time.
I offer in-person sessions in London on Fridays, Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesdays at 37 Museum Street, WC1A 1LH.
About me and my therapy practice
I provide therapy for adults experiencing a wide range of emotional issues that are causing them distress & are impacting their general wellbeing and ability to thrive.
I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental setting in which to explore your concerns with the aim of gaining insight, recognising and engaging strengths, and restoring equilibrium.
Being able to discuss your feelings openly gives you the opportunity to reframe and explore patterns of behaviour and ways of thinking that might be self-defeating or holding you back. It also enables you to communicate more effectively and positively with others, and to build greater compassion and understanding towards yourself and others.
I am mindful of the subjective nature of each person’s life experience, culture, religious beliefs and world view, drawing from my training in psychodynamic, attachment, solution focussed, narrative, humanistic, positive psychology and trauma methodologies.
Therapy involves commitment both in terms of time and money. It also requires a dedicated engagement and willingness on the part of the client to share their life story and implement the necessary changes in between sessions in order to move forward and thrive emotionally. This can take time and is not a quick fix.
I have had the privilege of working extensively across cultures over the years, in Singapore, the UK and the Middle East, and I welcome everyone to my practice.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello
I am an integrative psychotherapist & counsellor working with adults aged from 20-99! I have been practicing for the last 18 years and have lived in Singapore, New York, and the Middle East for the last 30 years. I welcome all nationalities and cultures to my practice.
Therapy gives you the opportunity to talk openly in a confidential space, about what is preventing you from living your life to the full and limiting your ability to thrive and be authentic. It is an hour of time in your day where you can process your thoughts and begin to find ways to deal with and move on from psychological road blocks.
In the initial assessment session I will ask you about your overall health, life style, relationships, and family background. This will help me gain a greater understanding of your life experience and relationships with yourself and others.
Practice description
At the first session, which is an assessment session, we will explore what brings you to therapy and what your goals are for the process. The first session can be difficult for some people, as it can seem strange sharing your life history with a stranger but my goal is to help you feel safe and supported in telling me about your life, and your emotional history.
My first session
The first session is really an introductory one where we be getting to know each other and you will be able to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. You can ask me any questions related to therapy and what the plan is - which is something we will identify together.
