About me and my therapy practice
Therapy and soul-centered support in times of change
Life can pull us into uncertainty — through grief, anxiety, relationship endings, divorce, or moments when the world we knew no longer fits. In these times, therapy offers somewhere steady to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels true.
I offer 1:1 therapy and counselling for adults seeking a deeper sense of inner steadiness, self-understanding and peace within.
🌿
I am a qualified integrative therapist, trained in a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, primarily Transpersonal Psychosynthesis with a relaxed focus on how patterns from the past may influence our current experience of the here and now.
Practice description
Together, we will explore how relational patterns, often from the past, may influence your current life, including your self dialogue. By using a somatic lens this helps your body process and integrate new insights. My work aims to foster deeper awareness and change to support your overall well-being and harmony.
I offer a path that blends the rigour of psychotherapy with the wisdom of spiritual traditions:
• Relational Psychosynthesis – re-authoring your life story in alignment with your deeper Self
• Somatic Integration – working with the body to release and ground new possibilities
• Inner Child & Ideal Parent Work – repairing relational wounds and restoring inner safety
• Mindfulness & Buddhist Psychotherapy – cultivating presence, compassion and clarity
• Shamanic Practices – welcoming transpersonal experience into everyday life
• Systemic & Family Constellations – untangling inherited patterns and ancestral imprints
• Grief Tending – creating space to mourn, honour, and transform
✔️I Can Help With
• Grief, bereavement & loss
• Anxiety, overwhelm & stress
• Relationship difficulties & attachment patterns
• Life transitions, identity change & purpose, divorce, empty-nest
• Creative blocks and self-expression
I typically work with clients for a minimum of a year and mostly longer. This work is slow, safe, steady and powerful gentle. I repeatedly witness, firsthand the positive impact this process can have on someone’s life.
If you’re uncertain about whether therapy or working with me is right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. I’m happy to discuss any accommodations you may need before you decide to proceed. It is important to find a therapist who you feel comfortable with.
In my experience, the best way to establish whether we would be a good fit is through an initial session. There is no obligation to proceed after this one session. I also offer a free 20 minute discovery phone call.
My first session
Our first meeting is a gentle conversation about you: your story, what you’re carrying, and what you long for. Together, we’ll shape a therapeutic plan that honours both your practical needs and your inner journey.
There’s no obligation to continue after your free phone call or first session — it’s about finding the right fit.
