About me and my therapy practice

Soul-centred therapy for times of change, awakening, and deeper inner work

There are times in life when something begins to shift — through grief, anxiety, relationship endings, or a loss of meaning. You may find yourself feeling unsettled, disconnected, or no longer aligned with who you have been.

This can be especially true if you are already engaged in inner work - reflecting deeply, understanding your patterns — yet still meeting familiar edges such as overthinking, self-doubt, or shame.

I offer a deeply attuned, open-minded space where nothing is too much or too unfamiliar — a place where we can gently unravel what feels tangled within, allowing clarity, understanding, and meaningful change to emerge.

I work alongside you as a grounded, experienced presence — offering a space that is steady, protective, and thoughtfully held — supporting a deeper sense of embodiment, self-empowerment, and an increasingly intuitive, authentic way of being.

Practice description

How I work

My approach is integrative, relational, and depth-oriented.

I work particularly with thoughtful, perceptive clients — often intellectually and emotionally aware — who sense that insight alone is not enough, and who are ready to engage in a more embodied and integrative process.

Together, we explore how past experiences, relational patterns, and internalised shame continue to shape your present life — often quietly influencing how you feel about yourself and how you relate to others.

Alongside this, I support a gentle shift from thinking into a more direct, felt experience — helping you develop the capacity to sense, understand, and trust your inner world.

My work integrates:

• Transpersonal Psychosynthesis psychotherapy

• Somatic and embodied awareness

• Mindfulness, intuitive awareness, and a delicate, attuned approach to your inner experience.

This allows change to move beyond understanding — into something more lived, grounded, and sustainable.

Areas I work with

Inner experience

• Anxiety, overwhelm, and persistent overthinking

• Shame, self-criticism, and a diminished sense of self

• Feelings of disconnection from yourself or a lack of inner grounding

Relational and emotional patterns

• A sense of not feeling fully met or understood by others

• Loneliness, disconnection, or difficulty feeling close in relationships

• Repeating relational patterns and attachment dynamics

Life transitions and deeper questions

• Grief, loss, and significant life changes

• Identity shifts and questions of meaning or direction

• A sense that something deeper is calling for attention or change

My first session

Working together

I typically work with clients over a longer-term process, allowing space for depth, integration, and lasting change.

This is a steady, carefully held way of working - offering a consistent, supportive space where you can explore your experience at your own pace, and where meaningful change can unfold over time.

If something in this resonates, you are warmly welcome to reach out — we can begin gently, at a pace that feels right for you.

Our first meeting is a gentle conversation about you... your story, what you're carrying, and what you long for. Together we'll begin shaping a therapeutic understanding of what you're dealing.

There's no obligation to continue after your free phone call or first session. It's simply an opportunity to see whether we both feel like the right fit.

Sessions are usually weekly at the same time each week. You can work with me short-term (6+ months) or long-term depending on your needs.
