I am an experienced therapist and psychotherapist with a background in clinical psychology, offering a space where you can explore what is happening for you at your own pace. Being from multicultural roots and having lived in different countries, my substancial life experience has guided me to develop an open mind toward life, particularly when facing complex personal dilemmas guided by two core personal values:
- Compassion: using understanding and empathy to transform emotions and foster a more joyful life.
- Equanimity: recognising that while life is unpredictable but we can choose how we respond.
