About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP and UKCP registered existential psychotherapist and counsellor based in London.

Whether you feel you are in crisis, or you are simply looking for a quiet space to reflect, I aim to provide a warm, relaxed and confidential environment for you to consider your life, your feelings, what is important to you and how you might want to move forward.

I try not to offer any fixed ideas or advice: I believe it is more helpful for you to come to decisions about your own life. Instead we work collaboratively to come to a better understanding of your difficulties. Together we may notice patterns in thoughts and behaviours, make connections to the past and gently challenge ways of being that no longer serve you.  It is also a space for you to simply be. Without expectation. And see what comes up .

Practice description

I have a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling as well as an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy, both from Regent's University London.

I am a registered member of the BACP, as well as the UKCP and abide by their codes of ethics.

I practice in a lovely, bright room in The Practice, Holland Park, a holistic wellness space, offering complementary whole body therapies. It is located just a few minutes walk from Holland Park tube station. There is no waiting room, though there are cafes nearby should you arrive early. Toilets are available. I also offer online sessions.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get a feel for what it might be like to work together. There is no obligation to continue after our initial meeting - the most important thing is that you feel comfortable with whichever therapist you choose.

You can talk about what has brought you to therapy and ask me any questions you might have about how I work and therapy in general.
