About me and my therapy practice
**Currently accepting new clients** I am an experienced, integrative person-centred therapist focusing on supporting my clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, domestic abuse and relationship issues. I place you as my client at the centre of our therapeutic relationship and provide you with a compassionate and supportive environment to discuss any issues you may be struggling with. As a person-centred therapist I allow you to set the pace of our sessions and work with you to better understand your current situation and what you need to gain a better quality of life. I believe that growth and change is always possible and that as human beings we drive towards healing ourselves. If you are ready to start your journey, I am ready to stand beside you.
I am currently able to provide both in person and online support.
Practice description
Sessions start on the hour and last for 50 minutes. I can offer therapy online, over the phone, or face-to-face (depending on Government restrictions).
My first session
The first session will give you a chance to learn more about how I work and get a feel for whether I am the right person to help you. It will also give me a chance to find out more about what has brought you in to therapy and what your goals are going in. At the end of the session, we can discuss what you would like the next step to be.
