Availability
I currently offer online counselling and psychotherapy via Zoom, providing flexible and accessible support for clients across the UK.
I have limited availability during weekdays, with some flexibility depending on current demand. Online sessions allow for greater accessibility, particularly for those balancing work, study, or family commitments.
Session times are typically available between 9am–6pm (Monday–Friday). I aim to offer consistent weekly appointments where possible.
If I am unavailable at the time of your enquiry, I will respond promptly and, where appropriate, offer alternative times or a waiting list option.
Please feel free to get in touch to discuss availability.
About me and my therapy practice
Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist | Counselling for Children, Young People & Adults | Online & School-Based Support
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MBACP Accredited) offering online therapy for adults, young people, and parents.
I provide a calm, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Working online allows for flexibility and accessibility, while still maintaining the depth and quality of the therapeutic relationship.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic models to suit your individual needs. This includes person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural approaches, alongside an understanding of how relationships and life experiences shape emotional wellbeing.
I aim to support you in developing greater self-awareness, understanding emotional patterns, and finding more effective ways of coping. Therapy can offer space to reflect, process, and make sense of difficult experiences in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
Practice description
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy, providing a flexible and accessible way to engage in therapeutic work from your own space.
Clients come to me for support with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, emotional distress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and experiences of loss or change. I have experience working with both young people and adults, including specialist bereavement support through my work with City & East London Bereavement Service and Eden's Trust.
I work with adults experiencing:
- Anxiety and stress
- Low mood or emotional overwhelm
- Relationship difficulties
- Low self-esteem
- Life transitions or uncertainty
I also have extensive experience supporting young people with:
- Anxiety and emotional distress
- Behavioural difficulties
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- School-related stress and disengagement
- Family and relationship challenges
- Bereavement and loss
My approach is flexible and adapted to the developmental needs of the young person, helping them to better understand their emotions and develop healthier ways of coping.
Where appropriate, I also work collaboratively with parents and schools to support the wider environment around the young person.
Online therapy can be particularly helpful for those who may find it difficult to attend in-person sessions, or who prefer the comfort and privacy of their own environment.
I work at a pace that feels right for you, offering a consistent, non-judgemental space to explore what is going on beneath the surface. The focus is not only on immediate concerns, but also on understanding patterns and experiences that may be influencing how you feel and respond.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other and to explore what has brought you to therapy.
Sessions take place online via Zoom, and I will send a secure link in advance. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and at your pace.
In this initial session, we will:
- Discuss what you would like support with
- Explore any relevant background information
- Consider what you would like to gain from therapy
- Talk through how we might work together
There is no pressure to share everything at once. The first session is also an opportunity for you to decide whether you feel comfortable working with me.
Sessions are 50–60 minutes, and ongoing work can be arranged on a weekly basis.
